调节阀降噪套筒的数值分析与试验验证

在小开度和大压差工况下,流量调节阀的节流作用导致阀体气动噪声问题突出。为降低阀体的气动噪声,找出噪声源的主要发生位置,采用在节流口位置安装降噪套筒的方法,可以达到很好的节流、降噪和稳流效果。基于此本文介绍调节阀降噪套筒的结构、主要特点、降噪方法及工作原理,引入一种适合阀门气动噪声计算的声学计算方法,并利用数值分析和试验验证对比阀门有无安装降噪套筒时声压级大小,验证阀内降噪套筒对降噪所起的作用。
Numerical Analysis and Experimental Verification of Control Valve Noise Reduction Sleeves
Under conditions of small opening and large pressure difference,the throttle effect of the flow control valve causes prominent aerodynamic noise problems in the valve body.In order to reduce the aerodynamic noise of the valve body and find out the main location of the noise source,the method of installing a noise reduction sleeve at the throttle port can achieve good throttling,noise reduction and flow stabilization effects.This paper introduced the structure,main characteristics,noise reduction methods and working principle of the noise reduction sleeve of the control valve.An acoustic calculation method suitable for valve aerodynamic noise calculation was introduced,and numerical analysis and experimental verification were used to compare the sound pressure levels when the valve was equipped with noise reduction sleeve.And the effect of noise reduction sleeve in the valve on noise reduction was verified.
