摘要
用玉是新石器时代辽西地区考古学文化进程的重要特征.本文系统梳理了辽西史前玉器的出土特点与聚落现象之间的关联,认为史前玉器的社会功能经历了阶段性的变化,也存在地域性差异.辽西的玉文化传统具有连续性,但经济社会背景的变化过程揭示了辽西玉器的起源和发展更加丰富的内涵.
Abstract
The use of jade is an important feature of the cultural process in western Liao region,Neolith-ic.This paper systematizes the correlation between the archaeological context of jade and settlement pat-tern in western Liao,indicating that the social role of jade has gone through stage-by-stage changes as well as regional differences.The tradition of jade culture in western Liao has continuity,but the changing process of economic and social background reveals a richer understanding of the origin and development of jade artifacts in western Liao.
