Management is not only a technique and method,but also wisdom,full of philosophical conno-tations.This paper applies fusion of horizons theory in Gadamers philosophical hermeneutics into enterprise management communication,tries to figure out the problems and provides effective solutions.No matter in-ternal or external communication of enterprises should base on equal dialogue so that both side can form new horizons through interaction to fusion of horizons and realize understanding and communication.It will provide enterprises with deeper cultural implications as well as possibility of creating better living and sustainable development space.
