国外案例教学法与中国案例教学法的应用探讨

摘要
本文通过梳理案例教学法的历史渊源、优势、中外案例教学法应用等内容,同时在借鉴国外案例教学法优秀经验的基础上,为更好地适应我国新的发展要求及人才培养目标,以期形成适合我国国情的案例教学法应用模式,从而对我国法学教育模式及法律人才培养产生一定启发.
Abstract
This paper examines the historical origins,advantages,and applications of case teaching meth-ods both domestically and internationally.By drawing on the valuable experiences of foreign case teaching methods,it aims to better align with Chinese new development requirements and talent training objectives.Consequently,an adapted model of case teaching method that suits our national conditions,history,and culture can be established.Ultimately,this will provide valuable insights for the education system in our country as well as the training of legal professionals.
