A Review of Research on Emotional Anxiety Among Foreign Language Teachers in Vocational Colleges
The purpose of this paper is to deeply explore the phenomenon of emotional anxiety among young foreign language teachers,analyze its internal causes,and explore practical and effective mitigation strategies according to different causes.In the process of research,the author refers to the existing re-search results on anxiety and alleviation measures of young teachers,combined with the research theme,tries to explore more research perspectives,contents and methods,provides theoretical reserves for the re-search on the emotional anxiety phenomenon faced by young foreign language teachers in higher vocational colleges in China,and lays a solid and scientific theoretical foundation for the follow-up specific research work.
