坚持党对高校的全面领导是办好中国特色社会主义大学的根本保证,是中国特色社会主义高校最鲜明的政治底色,事关高校"培养什么人、如何培养人、为谁培养人"这一根本问题.党对高校的全面领导涉及举旗定向、体制机制、人才培养、组织保证等方方面面.站在新的历史起点上,全面把握党对高校全面领导的核心要义和精髓实质,深入研究党对高校全面领导的战略路径,对于坚定正确办学方向、落实立德树人根本任务、推动高校高质量发展、培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人具有重要意义.
Abstract
Upholding the overall leadership of the Communist Party of China over colleges and universities is the fundamental guarantee of running good socialist colleges and universities with Chinese characteris-tics,and it is the most distinctive political color of socialist colleges and universities with Chinese charac-teristics.It is related to the fundamental issue of"nurturing what kind of people,how and for whom in colleges and universities.The Party's overall leadership of colleges and universities involves many aspects such as flag-raising orientation,system mechanism,talent cultivation and organizational guarantee.Standing at a new historical starting point,fully grasping the core meaning and spiritual essence of the Party's overall leadership over colleges and universities,deeply studying the strategic pathways of the Party's over-all leadership over colleges and universities are of great significance to run the universities and colleges in a correct direction firmly,perform the fundamental mission of fostering virtue,promote high-quality devel-opment of colleges and universities,and nurture socialist builders and successors with a good and all-round moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetical grounding in addition to a hard-working spirit.
