社会工作视角下解决大学生就业问题的实践路径

摘要
大学生就业一直是社会和国家关注的重点,从社会工作视角出发,基于生态系统理论对大学生就业问题进行了分析,发现目前大学生就业问题主要归因于企业招聘需求缩减、高校就业培养合力尚未形成、劳动力市场竞争激烈以及大学生自身问题.此研究结合社会工作专业理论和专业方法,多维度提出了解决大学生就业问题的对策建议,旨在在新的社会环境下,为大学生就业问题寻找新的实践路径.
Abstract
The employment of college students has always been the focus of society and the country.The development of the new crown epidemic has made employment more prominent.From the perspective of social work,it analyzes the employment of college students based on the theory of ecosystems.It is found that the current problems of college students are mainly due to the reduction of corporate recruitment needs,university employment training,and the fierce labor market competition,and the problems of college students themselves.In combination with the professional theory and professional methods of social work,this study proposes countermeasures for solving the employment of college students from multiple dimen-sions.It aims to find new practical paths for college students'employment problems in the new social en-vironment.
