摘要
全过程人民民主的提出,为推进中国特色社会主义民主政治建设指明了方向.自提出以来,全过程人民民主何以实现便成为相关学科领域的研究热点.基层人大具有广泛的代表性和地方性,是通过人大代表制度践行全过程人民民主的关键主体.文章着眼基层人大这一实践主体,围绕基层人大践行全过程人民民主实践路径研究现状、存在问题和优化建议进行了阐述.
Abstract
The proposal of whole-process people's democracy has provided a clear direction for advancing the democratic political construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Since its introduction,the realization of whole-process people's democracy has become a research hotspot in relevant academic disci-plines.People's Congresses at the basic level,as the representatives closest to the people,possess exten-sive representativeness and local relevance.They serve as the key entities for practicing whole-process people's democracy through the system of deputies to the People's Congress.This article focuses on the practical subjects of People's Congresses in primary level and elaborates on the current research status,existing issues,and suggestions for optimizing the implementation of whole-process people's democracy within this context.
