Examining and Reflecting on Educational Ethical Issues in Higher Education Student Management
At present,social events that have a negative impact on the image of the university are con-stantly occurring in the management of students in universities,which to a certain extent reflects the exis-tence of serious"teacher ethics"problems of individual teachers in universities,and also reflects the exis-tence of certain problems in the concept of educational ethics in the management of students in universi-ties.Based on this,the article launched an in-depth study on the ethical problems in the management of students in colleges and universities from the point of view of educational ethics,using ethical theories and codes of conduct,examining and reflecting on the reasons for the ethical problems in the management of students and proposing that colleges and universities should innovate the management concept of the administrators,optimise the workforce of the administrators and pay attention to status of college students,and improve the system of student management work through active participation of students.It is pro-posed that colleges and universities should innovate the management concept of students,optimise the workforce of managers,pay attention to the subjective status of college students,improve the student man-agement system with the active participation of students,and solve the ethical problems in education with the practice of humanistic care,so as to promote the high-quality development of student management.
