试论中学历史教师素养的建构

摘要
依据中学历史学科的核心素养的要求,中学历史教师必须达到历史学科核心素养的要求.本文着重论述中学历史教师的基本素养,从培养中学历史教师的理论素养和道德素养,到培养中学历史教师的知识和专业技能素养,及培养中学历史教师爱国和奉献素养等方面,阐述培养中学历史教师素养的策略.
Abstract
According to the requirements of the core literacy of middle school history,middle school histo-ry teachers must meet the requirements of the core literacy of history.This paper focuses on the basic qualities of middle school history teachers,from the training of theoretical and moral qualities of middle school history teachers,to the knowledge and professional skills of middle school history teachers,and the patriotism and dedication qualities,and the strategies of cultivating middle school history teachers.
