A Study on Self-Regulation and Evaluation of International Chinese Teachers'Online Teaching Ability
Online teaching of international Chinese language has become a normal teaching mode.In line with the face-to-face classroom,teachers in online teaching also adjust their teaching methods and ap-proaches based on their self-regulation awareness and ability in combination with their teaching experi-ence,teaching environment and teaching targets.Survey results show that teachers'offline teaching experi-ence plays an important role in online teaching.Presently,online teaching is still in the stage of explo-ration and development,and teachers'self-regulation of teaching ability is holistic.Therefore,more atten-tion should be paid to the teaching management guarantee,student feedback and teachers'information lit-eracy training to realize the optimization of online teaching in the context of the normalization of online teaching.
