Study on the Intellectual Property Rights Protection in Commercial Way Under the Network Environment
With the popularization of Internet,when China is strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights,the number of copyright lawsuits under the network environment is also growing,and com-mercial lawsuits have emerged accordingly.Due to its commercial attributes and the special attributes of litigation under the network environment,many challenges have been brought into the commercial protec-tion of copyright under the network environment,such as the impact of commercial attributes on the legit-imacy of the lawsuits,how to determine jurisdiction,how to determine elements and compensation stan-dard,etc.This thesis will discuss the concept of commercial copyright protection under the network envi-ronment,its judicial practice,and the problems therein,and will put forward suggestions and solutions based on the author's experience.
