The Dilemma of Undergraduate Law Internships in Ethnic Universities and Its Solutions
In order to achieve the goal of comprehensive rule of law construction,it is imperative to culti-vate highly skilled and outstanding legal talents. As a crucial talent training base for promoting the rule of law in ethnic autonomous regions, law schools in ethnic universities should place greater emphasis on en-hancing law students'ability to translate theoretical knowledge into practical skills.Currently, undergraduate law internships in ethnic universities face challenges in terms of importance, management supervision, and the establishment of a dual-mentor system, leading to the formalization of some students'graduation in-ternships and the difficulty in achieving the educational goals of these internships. Therefore, guided by practical needs and problems, the"participatory teaching and learning"training model should be employed, relying on the existing graduation internship programs of ethnic universities. This involves transforming ed-ucational and teaching concepts, emphasizing the construction of internship bases, strengthening quality control during students'internships, and improving the dual-mentor system,to comprehensively promote the high-quality development of graduation internships in law programs.
