Good governance is the goal of achieving grassroots governance.Grassroots governance has al-ways been a major issue facing the government,and its personalized,acute and long-term problems have led to frequent social contradictions.Rongcheng City,Shandong province,has established a comprehensive credit scoring system,which will drive the work of the government and comprehensively organize the ap-plication of scoring.According to the specific local situation to formulate appropriate strategies,strengthen the construction of basic Party organizations,promote the transformation of government functions,improve the social and cultural level,and effectively enhance the effect of community management.However,there are also some problems of population flow and information imbalance.Rongcheng city has introduced the big data control system of the local grid to solve these problems,which need to be further optimized.
