藏文字符编码发展历程回顾与思考

摘要
藏语文是藏族群众重要的交际工具,藏语文使用有着悠久的历史,藏文文献蕴含着难以估计的独特文化价值.自 20 世纪 80 年代,藏文信息技术研究开始起步,至今已超过 40 年,藏文信息处理的基础是藏文字符编码研究.文章详细回顾了藏文字符编码的创制和发展历程,归纳划分出数码转化、万"码"奔腾、标准编码发布和标准编码修订完善四个发展时期,并针对目前藏文字符编码存在的一些问题进行详细分析并提出合适的解决方案.
Abstract
Tibetan language is used in Tibetan-inhabited areas as an important communicational tool,it has a long history and contains immeasurable value.Tibetan information technology started 不from 1980s,it has more than 30 years now.Tibetan character coded is the basic of Tibetan information technology.The article reviews and deliberates the Tibetan character coded.It provides the method for consulting and questions.
