The paper adopts empirical research methods to study how to improve the efficiency of party building resources.The research shows that explicit resources,implicit resources,strategic resources,policy in-fluence,and organizational networks are the key factors affecting the efficiency of party building resources in universities.Based on the research findings,the paper proposes strategies to promote the efficiency im-provement of party building resources in universities.The research results of the paper can provide intel-lectual support and decision-making reference for the comprehensive strength improvement of Chinese uni-versities.
