摘要
呼市烧卖传说在弘扬内蒙古饮食文化,促进群体认同发挥了积极作用.文章基于"社会记忆"理论,梳理烧卖传说的故事演变,认为烧卖传说逐渐凝聚起呼市人饮食文化方面的集体记忆——"青城味道",呼市烧卖传说彰显了烧卖的文化属性,"文化烧卖"具有推动群体认同的重要价值.
Abstract
The legend of Hohhot siu-mai has played a positive role in promoting Inner Mongolian food culture and promoting group identity.Based on the theory of"social memory",the article analyses the story evolution of the siu-mai legend.It is believed he legend of siu-mai has gradually gathered the col-lective memory of Hohhot people in terms of food culture-the taste of Qingcheng.The legend of Hohhot siu-mei highlights the cultural attributes of siu-mei,and the cultural siu-mei has great value in promoting group identity.
