师范生养成教育体系的构建——以哥伦比亚大学师范学院为例

摘要
新时代背景下,我国更加倡导师范生的养成教育.师范生养成教育与专业教育,通识教育相比大有不同,养成教育更加侧重注重素质教育.而师范生养成教育体系的构建在我国还处于有待完善的阶段.通过以哥伦比亚大学师范学院为例,在养成教育的目标、内容、实施路径、评价方式几个方面进行比较研究,以期进一步探索构建适合我国的师范生养成教育体系.
Abstract
Under the background of the new era,China also advocates the cultivation education of normal university students.Compared with cultivation education and professional education,general education is very different,and cultivation education focuses more on quality-oriented education.The construction of the cultivation education system for normal university students is still in the stage to be improved in China.By taking normal College of Columbia University as an example,making comparative research on the ob-jectives,content,implementation path and evaluation methods of cultivation education,in order to further explore the construction of a cultivation education system suitable for China.
