中俄高校创新创业教育管理的对比与启示研究

摘要
创新创业教育已成为世界各国高等教育改革的重要方向.中国与俄罗斯作为新兴创新型国家,都高度重视高校创新创业教育,将其作为国家发展战略的重要内容.本文运用比较研究的方法,从国家战略引领、社会文化生态、课程体系建设、实践平台构建、师资队伍建设等方面,系统梳理了中俄两国高校创新创业教育管理的主要经验,剖析了存在的突出问题,探讨了相互借鉴的路径.
Abstract
Innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an important direction for the reform of higher education worldwide.As emerging innovative countries,both China and Russia highly value univer-sity innovation and entrepreneurship education and regard it as an important part of their national devel-opment strategy.Using comparative research methods,this paper systematically reviews the main experi-ences of innovation and entrepreneurship education management in universities of China and Russia from aspects such as national strategic guidance,social and cultural ecology,curriculum system construction,practice platform construction,and teacher team construction.
