摘要
新文科背景下,农林院校行政管理一流专业建设面临着如何实现专业转型发展方面的一系列的挑战与机遇.本文基于新文科"多学科的交叉、融合与贯通"的视角,立足于农林院校行政管理专业实际,从交叉融合、模式转变、方法创新等维度,围绕专业定位、人才培养、课程体系、师资队伍建设等方面对高等农林院校行政管理一流专业建设路径进行了探讨,以期为更好地推动高等农林院校行政管理一流专业建设,培养适应农林牧业需求的、创新性、"文+农林牧"复合型管理人才.
Abstract
Under the background of the new liberal arts,the construction of the first-class major of ad-ministration management in agricultural and forestry colleges is facing a series of challenges and opportu-nities on how to realize the transformation and development of the major.This article is based on the new liberal arts perspective of"intersection,integration and penetration of multiple disciplines",based on the practice of administrative management in agricultural and forestry colleges,from the dimensions of cross-integration,mode transformation and method innovation,around the major orientation,personnel training,curriculum system,teaching staff construction and other aspects,discusse the construction path of the first-class major of administration management in agricultural and forestry colleges.In order to better promote the construction of first-class major of administration management in agricultural and forestry col-leges,to train the"culture+Farming,herding and forestry"innovative and compound management talents,to meet the needs of Farming,herding and forestry.
