A Strategy for the Governance of the Northeastern Border of Tang Dynasty——Interpretation of the Tomb Inscription of Luo Ying in Yingzhou
The epitaph of Luo Ying was unearthed in the tomb of Luo Ying in the Tang Dynasty in Chaoyang,Liaoning Province. Luo Ying was a lieutenant of Zuo Guoyi in Liaoxi Prefecture . The epitaph are regular,handsome and free,covering the military system of Yingzhou area in the Tang Dynasty,the change of histori-cal and geographical names,the Great Wall site,Geomantic Philosophy,funeral customs,the use of WuShi Character and many other aspects,providing valuable materials for in-depth understanding and research of the northeast border towns in the Tang Dynasty.
