摘要

为了推动口述历史的持续健康发展,本文采用管理机制设计方法,探析口述历史的现状及其发展瓶颈,通过调查研究找出可调节的因素,旨在优化和改进相关机制.首先,分析了参与口述历史机制的各个要素以及它们之间的相互关系,进一步了解了机制的整体结构.同时,从时间和空间两个维度出发,全面考察了口述历史机制的背景.其次,审视了口述历史机制的运作机理,包括推动其发展的动力和约束因素.最后,提出了改善口述历史管理机制的具体措施.通过调整机制的参与要素,重建其动力体系,以及完善相关的介质环境,为优化口述历史的管理机制,提供了具有参考价值的方案.

Abstract

In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of oral history,this paper adopts the method of management mechanism design to explore the current situation and development bottleneck of oral history. Through investigation and research,the adjustable factors are found,aiming to optimize and improve the relevant mechanism. First of all,it analyzes the factors involved in the oral history mechanism and their mutual relations,and further understands the overall structure of the mechanism. At the same time,from the two dimensions of time and space,the paper comprehensively examines the background of oral history mecha-nism. Secondly,it examines the operation mechanism of oral history mechanism,including the driving force and constraint factors that promote its development. Finally,the paper puts forward some concrete measures to im-prove the oral history management mechanism. By adjusting the participation factors of the mechanism,rebuild-ing its dynamic system and improving the related media environment,the paper provides a valuable scheme for optimizing the management mechanism of oral history.
