Research on Teaching Strategies for Chinese Character Recognition in the First Stage of Primary School under the Background of the New Curriculum Standards
The first stage of primary school is the starting point of a student's learning career,an important period for cultivating good learning habits,and also a "critical period" for student literacy. Therefore,the level and quality of literacy teaching in the first stage of primary school are very important. With the promulgation of the 2022 edition of the Chinese language curriculum standards for compulsory education,it is now difficult for Chinese language teachers to overcome the challenge of how to effectively teach students how to recognize characters in the first stage of education. This article will elaborate on the importance and challenges of Chi-nese literacy teaching in the first stage of primary school,and propose relevant strategies for Chinese literacy teaching in the first stage of primary school,in order to provide some reference suggestions for Chinese teach-ers in the first stage of primary school.
