A Psychological Analysis of Cultural Imagery in Mongolian Mythology "Erkhi the Archer"
This article takes the Mongolian mythology "Erkhi the Archer" as an example,and uses "multiple evidence method" and "prototype analysis method" to deeply analyze the cultural hero psychology and symbols in the story. At the level of consciousness,mythological stories contain the relationship between humans,gods,and nature,while also reflecting the fearless heroism of Mongolian ancestors in their victory over nature. At the unconscious level,the cultural prototypes carried by hero myths are analyzed through the "prototype analy-sis method" to deeply explore the psychological connotations of hero prototypes and their reference role for in-dividual psychological health and self growth.
