The study of integrating ideological and political education into professional courses has always been a hot topic in the research of ideological and political education in universities. The study of educational cul-turology has attracted the attention of many scholars since the end of the 20th century. However,there is still no research exploring ideological and political education in professional courses from the perspective of educa-tional culturology. This article attempts to re-examine ideological and political education from the perspective of educational culturology,draw on the theory of"enculturation",deeply understand ideological and political educa-tion in universities,and pay attention to the phenomenon of cultural conflicts on campus and the infinite po-tential of implicit courses. It proposes the role of ideological and political education in professional courses in resolving campus cultural conflicts and exploring implicit courses to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities.
