The virtual simulation blended teaching mode is an important method to optimize the quality of ide-ological and political classroom teaching in colleges and universities. As an emerging teaching mode,it is nec-essary to fully grasp the basic theory,essential characteristics,status,influence factors,constitution and other basic contents of the virtual simulation and blended teaching mode,so as to develop and utilize it creatively,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of education.
