Study on the Mechanism of Public Participation in Urban Scenic Spot Planning and Drawing up
On the basis of relevant theories and dynamic research of public participation in city planning, analyzing the necessity and the main obstacle of public participation in city scenic spot planning, putting forward the mechanism for scenic spot planning which is suitable for citizens’ participating in the entire process, and elaborating public participation on events, participants, organizations, patterns in detail. The study can be used as reference for the government departments decision-making and the practice of public participation.
