摘要

新型产业园区在产业类型、功能业态和开发模式上与传统工业园区有着显著的区别,规划建设时需要考虑的因素较多,采用策划与规划一体化的思路,有利于提高规划的科学性和可实施性.本文以招商局·芯云谷信息技术服务产业园区为例,探讨新型产业园区策划与规划一体化实践的工作框架与思路,并详细阐述了项目的开发策划与概念规划一体化的具体方案.
