摘要

本文以松阳县工商业联合会旧址修缮与改造利用为例,以公共文化空间再造为切入点,将"触媒"理论引入文物建筑保护利用中来.旨在除满足文物保护基本要求外,探索在当今文物建筑保护模式"同质化"现状中寻求功能复兴、空间激活的可操作路径,最终实现文物建筑的"微更新"对历史街区整体产生"催化",形成文物保护与更新协同发展的触媒效应.
