Practical Village Planning for Traditional Villages:A Case Study of Manao Village in Fenggang County
The article takes Manao village in Fenggang county as an example to explore the supervision mechanism for implementing practical village planning in traditional village areas,aiming to strengthen the control of land use in the village area and achieve the development and protection pattern of traditional villages.Based on the"Multi Planning Integration"of National Spatial Planning system,utilizing data from the national land survey and"Three Zones and Three Lines,"the village planning for Manao Village has been scientifically developed using field investigation and land classification consolidation methods.The plan extends to the year 2035 and it includes several key components:(1)increasing agricultural land by 1.51 hectares while maintaining the bottom line of farmland protection;(2)incorporating specific measures for the protection of historical and cultural resources,and ensuring the inheritance of cultural symbols;(3)focusing on population forecasting,and providing a rational allocation of various types of construction land requirements;(4)centered around the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's"basket of vegetables"project and the"1+3+N"village-level collective economic development model,creating a green,organic,ecological,safe,and efficient agricultural product sector,and forming a green food export industry chain.
