城市更新背景下站域空间的重构及增效研究——以东京涩谷站为例

伴随着我国城市化进程加快和轨道交通的白热化建设,站域空间逐步成为城市更新中不可忽视的重要一环.与中国城市化进程类似的日本在城市轨道站域空间建设更新方面,积累了大量实践理论经验.以东京涩谷为例,在对其更新背景及制度政策梳理的基础上,探讨以站域为核心的空间重构和承载多样活力的空间增效体系.该体系包含网络更新、节点更新和小微更新三个层面,通过对大骨骼空间的重构、街道空间的提质以及小微公共空间的更新改造来对整个站域空间进行重构和增效,分别从宏观、中观和微观三个层面得出对我国特大城市站域空间的建设优化启示,以期为未来中国轨道交通站点地区空间的建设优化提供相关的参考与借鉴.
Research on the Reconfiguration and Efficiency of Station Space in the Context of Urban Renewal:Taking Tokyo Shibuya Station as an Example
Along with the accelerated urbanization process and the white-hot construction of rail transit in China,the station space has gradually become an important part of urban renewal that cannot be ignored.Japan,which is similar to China's urbanization process,has accumulated a lot of practical and theoretical experiences in urban rail station space construction and renewal.Taking Shibuya,Tokyo as an example,the article discusses the spatial reconstruction and spatial efficiency system that takes station area as the core and carries diverse vitality on the basis of the renewal background and institutional policies.The system consists of three levels:network renewal,node renewal,and micro renewal.Through the reconstruction of large skeletal space,the improvement of street space and the renewal of small and micro public space to reconstruct and increase the efficiency of the entire station space,from the macro,meso and micro levels of the three levels of the construction of China's megacities to optimize the construction of urban station space,with a view to providing relevant references and lessons for the future optimization of the construction of China's rail transit station area space.
