多平台导向互喻教育培养体系教师角色转变之思考

面对当前时代发展的多向性和建筑行业的复杂环境,学生在获得专业知识和基本技能的同时,注重学生自主学习能力和应变能力的培养是新时代建筑学专业高等教育主要目标之一.师生的"互喻教育"和多平台导向方式的培养体系构建,使得教师在教学过程中的主导性角色逐步转变成引导性、启发性的角色,把培养学生应对不确定性和复杂性所需要的设计思维、创新能力和终身学习习惯作为教学导向,以实现知识传授、知识生产、知识整合、知识应用的相互叠加.
Construction of Multi-Platform Oriented Training System for Architecture Major based on the Concept of"Mutual Metaphor Education"
Facing the multi-directional development of the current era and the complex environment of the construction industry,it is one of the main objectives of higher education in the new era to pay attention to cultivating students'self-learning ability and the ability to change their views in time while acquiring basic professional knowledge and skills.The construction of the"mutual metaphor education"between teachers and students and the multi-platform oriented training system has gradually transformed the leading role of teachers in the teaching process into a guiding and enlightening role.The design thinking,innovation ability and lifelong learning habits required by students to cope with uncertainty and complexity are taken as the teaching guidance,so as to realize the mutual superposition of knowledge transfer,knowledge production,knowledge integration and knowledge application.
