建筑行业转型背景下,如何提升学生核心竞争力,满足中国式现代化对专业人才的要求,已成为当前建筑教育领域的焦点问题.基于对建筑行业与建筑教育共轭发展的反思,湖南科技大学构建了"以价值塑造为引领、设计创新为核心、社会服务为导向"的三维驱动育人模式,引导学生树立正确的设计观、锤炼学生的设计思维,提升学生的专业能力和综合素质,形成"思政+专业+素质"的育人合力.该模式旨在为处于行业转型期的地方院校建筑教育探索出行之有效的变革路径.
Research and Practice on 3D-Driven Architectural Education Model:Taking Hunan University of Science and Technology as an Example
In the context of the transformation of the architectural industry,how to enhance students'core competitiveness to meet the requirements of China's modernization has become a focal issue in the current field of architectural education.Reflecting on the conjugate development of the architectural industry and education,Hunan University of Science and Technology has constructed a 3D-Driven educational model,guided by"value shaping,design innovation as the core,and social service orientation."This model aims to guide students in establishing the correct design perspective,refining their design thinking,enhancing their professional competence and overall qualities,and forming a synergistic educational force encompassing"ideological and political education + professional skills + personal qualities."The goal of this model is to explore effective reform paths for architectural education in local universities during the industry's transformation period.
