The technical regulations of urban planning and management play an irreplaceable role in urban control and planning and construction.By combing and comparing the technical regulations of urban planning and management in Hubei province,finds that there are some problems,such as low coverage rate of provinces,various legal levels,different contents,unclear logic or obvious differentiation of implementation details,and insufficient flexibility.Based on this,the research focuses on regional general regulations,iterative normative documents,optimizing the content system,increasing flexibility and other aspects,so as to provide reference for urban work.
