Analysis of Urban Renewal Strategies under the Concept of Urban Cultural Capital:A Case Study of the Old City Area of Hefei City
The"14th Five-Year Plan"has proposed new strategies for stock planning,with a focus on"strengthening historical and cultural protection and shaping urban style",which has become a vital demand for urban renewal in the contemporary era.This study examines the relationship between urban cultural capital and urban renewal,and explores its feasibility by analyzing relevant concepts.The paper classifies the cultural resources within the planning area into three categories,namely material cultural capital,non-material cultural capital,and landscape cultural capital.By focusing on pattern guidance,vitality revival,and autonomous regeneration,this paper proposes urban renewal strategies for the old city area of Hefei city with the aim of promoting and guiding the rational renewal of the city.The findings of this study provide ideas and references for the urban renewal of old city areas with abundant cultural resources,particularly those that resemble the five phases in Hefei city.
