Exploration of Urban-rural Spatial Integration Planning under the Background of National Spatial Planning:A Case Study of Xintang Street in Hangzhou
This paper starts from the perspective of spatial planning,based on the case study of urban-rural fringe area planning in national land spatial planning,and explores the planning research framework of urban-rural integration as a way to achieve the development goals of urban-rural integration,including the connotation,dynamic mechanism and the problems existing in the integration of urban and rural spaces.This paper proposes to lay the chassis of spatial integration with the demarcation of"three districts and three lines",highlight the base action of blue-green ecological space network and the integrated layout of urban and rural functional space,and create an urban-rural spatial integration pattern with transportation network as the link,industrial space and urban and rural residential system as the focus,and supporting facilities as the support.In addition,this paper takes Xintang Street in Hangzhou city as an example to formulate a targeted planning scheme.
