Research on Urban Functional Mixing Degree in the Central Area of Nanjing based on POI Data
To improve the degree of mixed-use of urban land and construct diversified and multifunctional urban space is an important way to shape the vitality of urban and promote sustainable and healthy development.Taking the central area of Nanjing as the object, this study points out that Shannon's Diversity Index has certain limitations in measuring functional mixing degree, then tries to use mixing degree and mixing quality to judge the level of functional mixing degree of plot, and finally identifies the functional mixing degree of the central area, summarizes the spatial distribution characteristics, and analyzes the relevant influencing factors. The results show that the functional mixing degree of the central area of Nanjing presents the spatial distribution characteristics of high mixing degree plots with"central agglomeration and multi-point dispersion"on the whole, and the local features are patchy agglomeration in the central area, linear agglomeration along the main road, and dotted agglomeration around the subway station.According to the analysis of the characteristics of mixing degree, the influencing factors at the macro level include the timing of urban construction and development or the planning of commercial center system, while at the medium and micro level, the distribution pattern is closely related to the nature of market factors, land layout, and subway stations, etc.
