Research on the Renovation Strategy of Abandoned Buildings based on Performance Simulation
With the acceleration of urban development, some buildings have been abandoned, and the performance of these buildings can no longer meet the needs of today's people. In order to study the optimization and transformation strategy of indoor physical environment performance of existing abandoned buildings, this paper takes an abandoned building in Baotou City,Inner Mongolia as an example, and simulates the indoor wind environment, light environment, and energy consumption before and after renovation through the Green Construction Swell series of software. It is found that the transformation of the building space by using the atrium and corridor through cavity implantation can effectively improve the indoor wind and light environment effects.Modifying the building envelope and reducing its heat transfer coefficient value can effectively improve its thermal insulation performance, thereby reducing building energy consumption.
