摘要

内蒙古地区的旧工业建筑多位于生活区,结构稳定,空间可塑性高,目前大量闲置造成资源浪费,而适应性再利用可以挖掘其潜在的巨大价值,合理利用资源.研究基于大量实地调研,对内蒙古地区旧工业建筑特点及居民需求进行总结,在此基础上分析内蒙古地区旧工业建筑与全民健身空间的匹配度,探讨内蒙古地区旧工业建筑改造为全民健身空间的适应性和必然性,并以呼和浩特市钢铁厂650主厂房为例,提出内蒙古地区旧工业建筑植入全民健身空间的设计策略,以期为旧工业建筑改造为健身场所提供相关理论支撑.

Abstract

The old industrial buildings in Inner Mongolia are mostly located in the living area,with stable structure and high spatial plasticity.At present,a large number of idle resources are wasted,and adaptive reuse can tap their potential great value and make rational use of them.Based on a large number of field investigations,this study summarizes the characteristics of old industrial buildings and residents'needs in Inner Mongolia.On this basis,it analyzes the matching degree between old industrial buildings and national fitness space in Inner Mongolia,and discusses the adaptability and necessity of transforming old industrial buildings in Inner Mongolia into national fitness space.Taking the 650 main factory building of Hohhot Iron and Steel Plant as an example,this paper puts forward the design strategy of implanting old industrial buildings in Inner Mongolia into national fitness space,in order to provide relevant theoretical support for the transformation of old industrial buildings into fitness places.
