Research on the Optimal Design Strategy of Parked Commercial Space under the Concept of Park City:A Case Study of Shenzhen
With the refinement and extension of the concept of"park city"in the field of commercial architecture,park-based commerce is of great benefit to the improvement of spatial quality,the gain of experience economy,and the interaction of heterogeneous populations.Combined with space syntax,environmental behavior,and other theories and research methods,the city-scale line segment model,block-scale vision model and gate interface comparison model are established,and the local integration degree,regional selection degree,vision area,line of sight depth,angle of view depth,and cross section flow of each park-based commercial space are compared and analyzed.It is proposed to optimize the relationship between traffic levels to provide public travel convenience,balance the proportion of pavement green plants to reduce the obstruction of the sight,promote the integration and transformation of functions to achieve the optimal design strategy of"de-formalization"of the landscape,and make proposals for the development goals of building a"park city"and an"international consumption center city"in Shenzhen.
