Discussion on the Design of Modern Residential Buildings under the Influence of Liang Sicheng's"Chinese also New"Design Concept:A Case Study of Jinyuan Mansion
Liang Sicheng's"Chinese also New"design concept is a pursuit of the ideal state of design,which points out the way forward for contemporary Chinese architectural design.This paper takes Liang Sicheng's"Chinese also New"design concept as a guide,and takes the architectural design scheme of Jinyuan mansion as an example.Through detailed analysis of space combination,landscape construction and traditional elements,it reflects its inheritance of traditional culture and explores the new era in terms of space reconstruction,material renewal and scientific and technological innovation,interprets the idea of"Chinese also New"in the process of architectural creation,and tries to find out the balance point between traditional Chinese elements and modern residential needs.It provides some reference for how to inherit and carry forward the connotation and essence of Chinese traditional residence in contemporary residential architecture design.
