新形势下河谷型城市空间发展方向的新路径探讨——以兰州城区为例

在人口急剧增长、城市日渐壮大的新形势下,河谷型城市传统的发展模式已不能适应城市更新和发展的潮流,寻求新的发展方向将是城市可持续发展的必要一环.文章依托兰州特殊的地理环境,梳理城市发展的现存问题,分别从规划布局、城市用地北拓、交通设施建设、空间发展格局、城市功能结构以及自然生态环境6个方面为兰州城区的发展提供了新的路径.同时,为突破城区当前用地不足、空间扩展瓶颈的局限,通过对兰州城区扩展及其发展方向新路径的探讨,多方面表明兰州城区的空间扩展及其发展具有一定的可行性,可为其他同类型城市的发展提供可行性的理论启示和实践借鉴.
Abstract
Under the new situation of rapid population growth and growing cities,the traditional development model of valley cities has not adapted to the trend of urban renewal and development.Seeking new development directions will be a necessary part of urban sustainable development.Based on the special geographical environment of Lanzhou,this paper combs the existing problems of urban development and provides a new path for the development of Lanzhou city from six aspects:planning and layout,urban land extension,transportation facilities construction,spatial development pattern,urban functional structure,and natural ecological environment.At the same time,in order to break through the limitations of the current land shortage and the bottleneck of spatial expansion in the urban area,through the discussion of the new path of Lanzhou urban expansion and its development direction,it shows that the spatial expansion and development of Lanzhou urban area are feasible in many aspects,which can provide feasible theoretical enlightenment and practical reference for the development of other similar cities.
