Research on Industrial Development Strategies of Western Regional Central Cities under the AHP Five Dimensional Evaluation System
With the implementation of the national the Belt and Road Initiative and Western Development Strategy, the urbanization in the western region of China has entered a stage of rapid development. Many small and medium-sized cities play an increasingly prominent role in the regional urban system, and gradually transform into regional central cities with regional economic development and population agglomeration. However,in this process, due to the imbalance between urban sprawl and development methods,a series of problems such as chaotic spatial layout, resource mismatch, and waste of land resources have emerged. This study takes the planning of the Hongyan river new area in Korla,Bazhou,Xinjiang as an example, starting from the perspective of urban development, and using the AHP five dimensional evaluation system, explores the solutions and implementation strategies for industrial space problems in the development process of western regional central cities,in order to improve the management and management measures of urban space, and promote the transformation of the development model from"land finance"to"space finance"in the city.
