Research on Railway Hubs under Urban Operational Performance:Using Post-Occupation Evaluation as an Entry Point
Railway hub is an important part of urban operation,and satisfaction is an important standard to measure the degree of railway hub construction.Based on the perspective of urban operation,this paper summarizes the relevant literature on passenger experience in railway transportation hubs,uses CiteSpace to visualize and analyze the literature,and constructs a literature relationship network.From the index framework and empirical research,it analyzes the current situation of passenger after-use evaluation research in the process of transportation hub operation,and the results show that passengers are satisfied with the railway hub,but it is necessary to strengthen the study the interface with the city,and the acquisition of passenger feeling data is more comprehensive and the data analysis method is reliable,which provides ideas for the study of urban operation.Based on this,"people-oriented"urban operation should encourage the participation of multiple parties and pay more attention to the needs and well-being of the residents;use scientific and technological means to collect,analyze and apply urban operation data,optimize the urban operation system,and improve the quality of the city and the people's happiness index.
