摘要
非正规经济作为城市经济的重要组成部分,正面临现代治理和高质量发展的双重挑战,非正规经济的治理机制亟待创新.文章选取"扬帆夜市"作为典型案例,深入探讨了非正规经济的内涵及其空间特征.研究发现,非正规经济在当前经济环境下呈现出新的形成过程和特性.在此基础上,提出了一种针对非正规经济的空间治理机制,以期通过优化空间布局、加强政策引导、创新监管方式以及促进社会参与等手段,激活城市经济活力,推动非正规经济向更加规范化、品质化的方向发展.
Abstract
The informal economy,as an important component of urban economy,is facing the dual challenges of modern governance and high-quality development.The governance mechanism of the informal economy urgently needs to be innovated.This article selects"Yangfan night market"as a typical case to deeply explore the connotation and spatial characteristics of the informal economy.Research has found that the informal economy presents new processes and characteristics of formation in the current economic environment.On this basis,this article proposes a spatial governance mechanism for the informal economy,aiming to activate urban economic vitality and promote the development of the informal economy towards a more standardized and high-quality direction by optimizing spatial layout,strengthening policy guidance,innovating regulatory methods,and promoting social participation.
