Identifiable"Longping Town"Scene Shaping and Operation:Based on the Protection and Utilization of Spatial Characteristics of Hunan Academy of Agricultural Sciences
The paper focuses on the characteristics and protection and utilization methods of space in Hunan Academy of Agricultural Sciences,combined with the concept and theory of the relationship between spatial identifiability and operational sustainability.The paper analyzes the spatial evolution,characteristic value and existing problems,and uses the investigation method of field observation and interview to deeply study the spatial elements,characteristics and needs of its memory places.The proposal of the recognizable scene shaping and operation strategy of"Longping Town"is a positive exploration of the path transformation of urban operation from"land economy"to"spatial economy",and it also puts forward ideas,capabilities and opportunities for the urban construction industry to enter the downtrend.
