Revitalization and Planning of Urban Industrial Heritage from Multiple Perspectives:A Case Study of Changsha Oil and Fat Factory
The protection and utilization of industrial heritage is a hot and difficult topic in China's stock planning and construction in the current post-industrial era.Starting from the perspectives of community transformation,urban micro renewal,public space shaping,aging population society,and child friendly communities,this article explores various possibilities for the regeneration and planning of industrial heritage in Changsha oil and fat factory.It shows that the regeneration and planning of urban industrial heritage is a complex systematic project that requires the joint efforts of the government,enterprises,social organizations,and the public.Through reasonable regeneration and planning,industrial heritage can be revitalized in modern cities and become an important component of urban culture.At the same time,it can also bring new opportunities and impetus to the development of cities.
