基于公众参与的社区更新利益相关者诉求探析——以成都市"中优"区域为例

立足社区更新公众参与中多元主体的诉求,以成都市"中优"区域社区更新为例,首先对社区更新中的利益相关者进行识别,采用熵值法发现社区更新决策过程中核心利益相关者的关键诉求为收益与补偿,还包括休闲与环境、发展与福利等;其次采用事后多重比较法对诉求差异进行分析,发现诉求冲突主要集中在建筑改造、收益与补偿、福利与发展、人文与社会4个方面;最后提出解决诉求冲突的相关建议.
Abstract
Based on the demands of multiple subjects in public participation in community regeneration,this paper takes community renewal in Chengdu Medium-best area as an example,identifies the stakeholders in the process of community renewal,and adopts the entropy value method to find that the key demands of core stakeholders in the community renewal decision-making process are revenue and compensation,leisure and environment,development and welfare;adopts the multiple comparisons method after the fact to analyze the differences in demands,and finds that the conflicts of demands are mainly concentrated in the four aspects of architectural transformation,revenue and compensation,welfare and development,and humanities and society;finally proposes a solution to resolve the differences in demands,which can lead to social conflicts and even games.
