长沙市老旧小区海绵化改造更新策略研究

当前我国正处于生态环境建设的关键阶段,海绵建设可以改善水环境和热环境,提高热舒适度,从而降低建筑能耗和降碳减排.对长沙24个代表性老旧小区的海绵化改造现状开展了实地调查,将老旧小区海绵化改造条件分为差、良、优三个等级,系统分析了各等级老旧小区的海绵本底条件.以改善老旧小区室外水环境和热环境为目标,从绿化不足、空间受限、排水不畅等方面切入,运用雨水花园、种植屋面、雨水塘、透水铺装等海绵措施,制定不同层级的长沙市老旧小区海绵化改造更新策略,更新优化老旧小区环境,为老旧小区海绵改造提供参考.
Study on Sponging Renewal Strategies for Older Neighborhoods in Changsha City
At present,China is in the key stage of ecological environment construction,and sponge construction can improve the water environment and thermal environment,improve thermal comfort,so as to reduce the construction energy consumption.The paper carries out a field survey on the sponge transformation status of 24 representative old neighborhoods in Changsha,classifies the old neighborhoods into three grades:poor,good,and excellent,and systematically analyzes the sponge background conditions of the old neighborhoods in each grade.With the goal of improving the outdoor water and thermal environments of old neighborhoods,and taking insufficient greenery,restricted space,and poor drainage as the entry point,using sponge measures such as rain gardens,planted roofs,rainwater ponds,and permeable paving,we formulate sponge renovation and renewal strategies for Changsha city's old neighborhoods at different levels to renew and optimize the environment of old neighborhoods,and to provide references for the construction of sponge renovation projects in the future.
