摘要
在城市微更新背景下,基于对口袋公园的研究和设计实践,阐述了城市微更新和口袋公园的基本概念,并以郴州市中心城区一系列口袋公园项目设计为研究对象,从场地选择、场地调研、诉求征询3个方面总结详细调研的技术方法,由此推演出整体统筹、专项赋形及多方参与的口袋公园设计策略.最后,提出制度更新、技术措施及公众参与3个方向的研究展望,以期为普通中小城市探索城市微更新提供部分参考.
Abstract
In the context of urban micro-renewal,based on the research and design practice of pocket parks,this paper expounds the basic concepts of urban micro-renewal and pocket parks.Taking the design of a series of pocket park projects in Chenzhou center city as the research object,the technical methods of detailed research are summarized from three aspects:site selection,site investigation and stakeholders consultation,and the design strategy of the pocket park with overall planning,special empowerment,and multi-party participation is derived.Finally,the research prospects of three directions of system updating,technical measures and public participation are proposed,so as to provide some references for ordinary small and medium-sized cities to explore urban micro-renewal.
